But I think that although the E-75 could be called Tiger III, the E-100 (which you depicted here, not the Maus) would probably have been given a different name.
And I agree with LordCraigus that the Maus or E-100 would have been too large. Even with proper motorisation, they would have been too heavy to transport, couldn't pass any bridge and couldn't be carried by train.
It is true that a battalion of Mauses would have been ready if the allies didn't bomb the factory but they would have been of little use because they are very vulnearable to bombing simply because they are too big to hide and too slow to run away.
